Hi,

Rejection is part of cold calling, but it doesn’t have to stop you. One of my favorite techniques for handling objections is the FFF technique:

  • Feel: “I understand how you feel.”

  • Felt: “Others have felt the same way.”

  • Found: “But what they found was [insert value or solution].”

This simple formula has helped me turn countless “no’s” into “yes’s.”
