Transitioning from SDR to AE wasn’t easy for me. As a top-performing SDR, I thought I’d crush it as an AE, but it took me 3 quarters to finally hit quota.

Here’s what changed:

  2. I asked for help: I leaned on mentors and teammates for advice and guidance.

  3. I stayed consistent: Even when it felt tough, I stuck to my process.

The lesson? Give yourself grace. Great things take time, but with persistence, you’ll get there.
